The riding center and stables are located outside the beautiful south-facing village of Ano Korakiana, in the north-central region of the island. Nestled at the foot of the Pantokrator mountain range, with its miles of farm tracks, the area is a peaceful haven for horseback riding. Thousands of olive trees and natural forests offer abundant shade even in the midday sun.
When you arrive at the riding school, you are introduced to horses, dogs and cats. Our nine horses are suitable for beginners because of their calm nature and good manners, but are also spirited enough for the more advanced riders while ensuring a sense of tranquility.
Our horseback ride begins with a stroll of about 1 hour in a beautiful oak wooded area and as we leave the forest, we can see in the distance the breathtaking view of the village of Ano Korakiana. Then we arrive at the village and wander through the picturesque houses and the semi-rural landscape. The journey then continues for 40 minutes through olive groves, wide dirt roads, vineyards and goat and sheep pastures.
After your horse ride, cool drinks are served in the stables and you can see how well the horses are kept. After each ride, the horses are brushed, showered and fed, but if they have apples or carrots as treats, don't forget to bring them some!

For your comfort and safety, we ask that you wear long pants and a t-shirt (or similar) but we will provide appropriate clothing if necessary.
The center provides : safety helmet and liability insurance.

Rate: 75€ / pers, helmets and liability insurance included
Travel schedules may vary at the beginning and end of the season.
Availability is limited due to the popularity of the schedules and the size of the groups. To avoid disappointment, it is essential to book early.
