INTRODUCTION TO PADDLE
An easy, safe and fun activity for all

The introduction to SUP starts on the beach with a short demonstration.
Then, you are assigned a nice board and nice paddles and you head to the water for your first tries.
Balancing on the board in a standing position can be tricky at first, but with a little practice and the help of your guide, you'll be gliding through the water in no time.
The SUP initiation is suitable for everyone, with no age or skill restrictions and if you know how to swim, you can join us.
